SAM Sentinel is an independent reminder service for federal contractors and grant recipients. We watch your SAM.gov registration's renewal date and email you in time, so you never lapse and lose award & payment eligibility.
Why we exist
SAM.gov registrations expire every 365 days. The portal's own reminders are easy to miss, and a lapse can knock you out of eligibility mid-contract. We make that one deadline impossible to forget.
What we are — and aren't
We are not SAM.gov, not the U.S. government, and not a paid registration/filing service. Registering and renewing at SAM.gov is always free, and we link you straight to it. We never ask for payment to register or renew, and we never ask for or store your EIN/TIN or banking details.
How we make money
The renewal reminder for one entity is free, forever. We earn revenue only from the optional Pro plan ($12/mo) — multi-entity monitoring, continuous status alerts, and tracking for your other expiring documents. That's it.
