Privacy Policy

We keep this short and honest, because that's the whole point of SAM Sentinel.

What we collect

• Your email address — to send your renewal reminders.
• Your UEI (or company name to look it up) — to identify your registration.
• Public SAM.gov data for that entity — legal name, registration status, and expiration date, pulled from SAM.gov's public records.
• Basic usage analytics — via Google Analytics (page views, source). Used in aggregate to improve the site.

What we never collect

We do not ask for or store your EIN/TIN, banking or EFT details, or any password — we use one-click email "magic links," not accounts. Payment details for Pro are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: send your reminders and (for Pro) monitor your registration. We do not sell or rent your data, and we don't share it except with the processors below.

Processors we use

• Cloudflare — hosting and the database.
• Resend — sending your emails.
• Stripe — payments (Pro only).
• Google Analytics — usage analytics (sets cookies).

Retention & your choices

We keep your data until you unsubscribe (one click in any email) or ask us to delete it. To access, correct, or delete your data, email contact@dapdev.tech.
